A great applause to Evolution Gaming. They’re always on the lookout for ways to attract new players with their online casino games. And this release is no different! Ever thought a regular round of poker was too slow-paced for you? Then 2 Hand Casino Hold’em is the perfect game for you! With the help of our guide, you’ll become a master in no time!

In addition to being highly scalable, Live 2 Hand Casino Hold’em also comes with other features. One such feature is the live chat option. This enables players to interact with each other and the dealer.

Experienced players of online casino games know that player interaction is crucial in these types of games. In fact, players often share advice on which of the two hands a bet should be placed.

The payouts differ depending on your win. a hand of straights pay evenly but stronger hands will offer up to 100:1. When playing the Ante bet, you can also set a bonus wager which will offer a payout if you receive a pair of aces or higher. The maximum payout is 100:1 while the lowest payout is 7:1.

HOW TO PLAY?

Evolution live 2 Hand Casino Hold’em is played with one deck of 52 Playing cards. The cards are shuffled after each game round using an auto shuffling machine.

The dealer alternates the use of two decks to maintain a speedy game. The main objective of the game is to beat the dealer by having a better 5 card poker hand.

2 Hand Casino Hold’em is a variant of popular Texas Hold’em Poker. The only difference between the two games is that players wager against the house rather than other players. There is also an option for a player to play 2 hands simultaneously in a single gameplay.

The table can accommodate an unlimited number of players with one seat allocated to a player. You will be required to place an Ante bet if you want to play this game. After the bet is placed you will be dealt with 2 cards face up while three community cards are dealt face up also. You will then have the option of folding or calling the bet, usually doubling the Ante bet. Remaining cards will then be dealt and you will win if your cards are stronger than the dealers. The dealer has to have 4s or higher to beat you, if by any chance she does not have it, you qualify for a win.

HAND RANKING AND SIDE BET PAYABLES:

This Evolution Gaming poker variant follows the following hand rankings. We’ve listed them from most to least valuable.

  • One Pair or less – 1:1
  • Two Pairs – 1:1
  • Three of a kind – 1:1
  • Straight – 1:1
  • Flush – 2:1
  • Full House – 3:1
  • Four of a kind – 10:1
  • Straight Flush – 20:1
  • Royal Flush – 100:1

Unlike a traditional poker game, in Live 2 Hand Casino Hold’em, you play against the dealer. You’re only paid if your card rankings beat the dealer’s own! But if you’re looking for a little bit of extra safety, Evolution Gaming does offer a special feature you can take advantage of.

BONUS SIDE BET EXPLAINED!

The bonus bet pays based on which cards you have in your hand. Even if your hand loses to the dealer, you can still win the bonus wager. The prizes you can earn using this special feature are as follows.

  • Pair of Aces – 7:1
  • Two Pairs – 7:1
  • Three of a Kind – 7:1
  • Straight – 7:1
  • Flush – 20:1
  • Full House – 30:1
  • Four of a kind – 40:1
  • Straight Flush – 50:1
  • Royal Flush – 100:1

As you’d expect, any side bet tends to lower the game’s RTP. Whether or not you choose to use it will come down to personal preference. Just keep in mind that you have to stake 2x the Ante to make use of the bonus when deciding whether or not to use it!

RETURN TO PLAYER (RTP):

The RTP of each player hand in 2 Hand Casino Hold’em is 97.84%.

The Theoretical payout (based on total bet) is 99.18%.

The RTP for the Bonus Side Bet is 93.74%.

2 HAND CASINO HOLD’EM STRATEGY:

This poker variant is a lot more lenient compared to other online casino games. You aren’t forced to make a decision to raise your stake or fold immediately after drawing your first two hands. Instead, the dealer will reveal the first three community cards and then ask if you want to double or fold them. It’s a massive boon for punters, and definitely impacts the way you want to approach this release.

  • Step number one to success: each hand is its own situation. Don’t be afraid to fold one and play with the other if the situation doesn’t work out for you.
  • Step two: assess your cards. Since we can already see what sort of five-card poker hand we have, we can decide if it’s strong enough to risk going further or not.
  • Step three: keep in mind the dealer needs a pair of fours to qualify. If you see a pair in the community cards, you should be wary. We wouldn’t risk it unless you have a high-value pair or the ability to make trips.

Aces and Kings are usually a safe hand to play. Aces is a pair on the board if you can pair it with one of your two cards. If the board isn’t suited, you can also play a high Queen or Jack. If both your hole cards are higher than the visible flop cards, keep going. Finally, if you’re one card away from completing a straight or flush, then we think it’s worth risking it and playing that round. Any other card combination should be folded.

SUMMARY:

I was a bit skeptical about 2 Hand Casino Hold’em. I really couldn’t see the appeal until I’d played a few hands. The difference for me, between this and the standard Casino Hold’em is the feeling that the Dealer isn’t always getting the best hands. The difference for me, between this and the standard Casino Hold’em is the feeling that the Dealer isn’t always getting the best hands. The downside of the game is the speed at which it’s played. The early part is paced fine, however when the dealer reveals his hand and the winning hands are decided it’s all done a bit too quick for me.I can manage it if I’m playing one hand, but not if I’m playing both. Otherwise, this is still a good game and the bonus payouts for a Pair of Aces or better is worth playing for a minimum of 7:1 payout.
